Tax Rate: 11.0 %
There is a 3% fee charged to the renter for all major credit cards. International credit card users are charged an additional 5%. Electronic checks are accepted with no additional fees.
Rates are subject to change. Midweek housekeeping is included in the quoted rate. Additional housekeeping & child care can be arranged for guests convenience at an additional charge.
Any credit card fees will be added to the total quote. E-check option available.
Owner’s Cancellation Policy
- 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
- 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
